Are the insults real?

Is the Certified Idiot diploma legally binding?
It is legally binding in exactly one jurisdiction: the sovereign nation of Imagination, which has no courts, currency, or border control. Elsewhere it is worth precisely zero dollars and infinite vibes.
Why does it look like that?
On purpose. Aggressively, unapologetically on purpose. The hazard stripes, the giant type, the screen that won't sit still — all deliberate. If your eyes are awake now, that's a feature.
